But yes it looks like they only way to correct this is to delete and re-download all of the mods. I only used NMM and TESMM for other games and only stated that they were on my computer because I knew there was a chance of the mods being conflicted between the forementioned MMs and the ingame(Bethesda) MM. As I said before I downloaded and managed the mods via the menu ingmae not via NMM or TESMM. Uninstall both programs completely, and chose one mod manager. Alternately just delete them and start fresh. Uninstall all your mods with the mod manager you installed them with, move the zip files from your mods folder to another location to reinstall later. All my games are in the steamapps\common folder and NMM works fine. Having games in the programs folder doesn't make a difference. Make sure your mod manager and game are installed on the same hard drive. So if you use NMM, only use NMM, and if you use Mod Organizer, only use Mod Organizer etc. For me, without a couple of handful of essential mods, the game isn't even playable. I suppose half the mod developers are on an eternal Skyrim holiday so wouldn't hold my breath.
