Nvidia only shows 3d settings

I cannot post on the EU forum, so this is the best I can do. I would like to post a thank you to ' ThePurpleSmurf' on the EU forum for providing a solid answer - one that I had not thought of before. It is very hard to find anything on 'underclocking' a GPU

It has gotten to the point that I was searching the web on how to change the fan rpm, make it run cooler, detune it, etc. I have found the fan volume/noise on my EVGA GeForce GTX 1660 SC Ultra rather unbearable.
